OpenAI has hired the Austrian creator of OpenClaw, a viral artificial intelligence tool able to execute real-world tasks, according to CEO Sam Altman.
On June 21, in Hanoi, the Center for Innovation Support (Innovation Department - Ministry of Science and Technology) in collaboration with TECHVIFY Company (TVF) organized the event SME DX 10K: "Breakthrough digital technology for small and medium enterprises (SME)".
Speaking at the event, Mr. Pham The Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Innovation, said that the event marked an important starting point for the journey to support the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) community. He emphasized that the goal is to help SMEs in Vietnam apply digital technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI). Thereby, businesses can operate effectively, compete strongly and develop more sustainably.

According to Mr. Pham The Dung, Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW signed by General Secretary To Lam on December 22, 2024 affirmed: “Breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation are the main driving forces for rapid and sustainable development of the country”.
In addition, Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development also emphasized that: “Private enterprises - especially SMEs - need to be strongly supported to innovate production and business models, apply modern technology to improve productivity and competitiveness”.

Most SMEs, accounting for more than 97% of the total number of enterprises, are still struggling with the problem: knowing that innovation is necessary, but where and how to start? That is also the reason why the Center for Supporting Innovation - Department of Innovation, together with pioneering units in digital transformation and accompanying partners, have jointly built the SME DX 10K program series. On that basis, today's event marks an important starting point for the journey to support the SME community in Vietnam to apply digital technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), to operate more effectively, compete more strongly and develop more sustainably.
The program was developed as a practical initiative, aiming to contribute to the realization of the national digital transformation strategy, with the goal of training and supporting 10,000 SMEs nationwide to access and effectively apply AI technology in operations, management and growth. The special feature of the program is not its scale, but its practical approach, starting from real problems of enterprises, and accompanied by an ecosystem of experts, research institutes, associations and leading technology enterprises.
After the introduction from AI experts, representatives of small and medium enterprises shared more practical problems that their enterprises are facing in the digital transformation process to analyze with experts and find the right direction.
